YES! YOU CAN AFFORD CAMP!
We want to make a Jewish camping experience accessible and available to as many families as possible. In addition to our own Camp YJ scholarship program, our campers receive support from the Foundation for Jewish Camp through programs like One Happy Camper and PJ Goes to Camp, as well as support from numerous federations, organizations and temples.

Camp YJ is part of Foundation For Jewish Camp’s new initiative, Road to Camp, offering new and returning Massachusetts families making under $300K a year 30-40% off an incredible Camp YJ experience. Applies to new and existing campers.
“welcome to yj” grant
When you register your child for a 3.5 week session for the first time at YJ, you will be awarded a $250 welcome grant. Sign up for the full 7 week session and you will receive a $500 welcome grant!
sibling discount
You can qualify for a sibling discount of $200 per child. If one camper is enrolled in camp, subsequent siblings each receive a $200 discount unless a different Camp YJ discount applies. For example, if a second or third camper is new to YJ, they will instead receive a new-camper discount of $250 per session. After that first year, they will then qualify for the $200 sibling discount.

Foundation for Jewish Camp partners with individual federations throughout the country to provide incentive grants for a first-time experience at an overnight Jewish camp. Grants range from $500 to $1000. Click here to see if you qualify.
camp yj financial aid program
You may apply for financial assistance directly from Camp YJ. If you feel your family is need of aid, please email Info@CampYJ.org to obtain our financial aid packet and application. You may also call 781-237-9410, ext. 4 to inquire.
referral program
Know a family who would love Camp YJ? We offer a $250 referral fee to current camp families who refer a new camper who is not a family member and has no previous affiliation with Camp YJ. Referral fees are paid once the referred camper has completed their session.
